Increasing evidence shows that stimulation of β-adrenergic receptor (AR) activates mitogen-
activated protein kinases (MAPKs), in addition to the classical G s-adenylyl cyclase-cAMP-
dependent protein kinase (PKA) signaling cascade. In the present study, we demonstrate a
