BACKGROUND: Antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) has been associated with poor
outcome after heart transplantation. The diagnosis of AMR usually includes endomyocardial
biopsy findings of endothelial cell swelling, intravascular macrophages, C4d+ staining, and
